@MurthyBruit Without the results of the built in speed test that I linked to previously it is difficult to establish if the hub is getting full speed and the issue is between the hub and your device or if the hub is not getting full speed, in which case it points to a line issue on the VM side.
You seem to be jumping through a lot of hoops that are providing little or no useful evidence to pinpoint where the issue lies, when one quick test could prove very enlightening.
My setup: V6 TV box, M350 Fibre broadband with Hub 3 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.
