Upgrade query

I’ve upgraded to faster broadband and sports commencing today. Do I need to do anything to activate these services or will this happen automatically?

They will happen automatically, unless there is any hardware change involved.

Hi there welcome to the community and this will happen automatically. Can take a little while but generally sorted very quickly. You can reboot your equipment and that can speed up the process. Hope this helps

What do you mean about the hardware. I had a SH 3 and my SH 4 just arrived and it won’t connect. Red light. Do I need to call?
