Unsafe cable installation

• Hi we have had cable installation today from the catv box in pavement across the garden to our house. The work is unsafe and requires proper installation. The cable is inside a grey ducting cable in soil which is visible to which should be buried so isn't visable also were it meets my path edging at boundary they should have core drilled through the path edging so the cable goes directly into the catv box on pavement. But as picture shows the cable goes through the gap on path edge on pavement into the box clearly not protected and installed as it should.if the highways come to resurface the pavement then this will be chopped through. Also if I want to put new path edgings in this cannot be done etc. I have my streetworks operative / supervisor ticket city guilds qualification since 2001 so I know this work is not correct way to install safely and is shoddy workmanship and is totally unacceptable.made loads of calls today total waste of time and given a fake construction email to which I got a reply stating that they don't reply and to call back again. Well I want this rectified or I will personally remove all installations of my property and cancel the new phone, broadband package. Account no [MOD EDIT: Removed] area 01. Call my partner,wife with a solution to this or Saturday I will remove myself and go else where the installation of this in a public highway is totally unacceptable and dangerous.
