Came home yesterday to a "Sorry our technician missed you card" - saying a new cable to be installed in garden on ....
My online account now shows an order of TV and a technician appointment that matches the date on the note through the door.
We have not placed any orders. I've been on the phone to CS but all they could repeat was they were installing a new cable. When I queried why, they said it wasn't for our property, but they would be doing work in our garden. I asked if they were going to seek permission. After another long period on hold they told me nobody would visit and hung up sharpish, but based on the conversation I had I have no faith that I've been given the correct information.
