My partner’s mum passed away last year. As part of her belongings he inherited a Virgin Telly Tablet which he would like to use. However the device needs a PIN, which we don’t know. He’s tried the most obvious ones 0000 etc but no luck. Is there anyway around this? Thanks in advance for any advice
The only way around the pin would be to reset and wipe the telly tablet back to the factory settings.
This can be done by doing the following -
1. Turn your device off, if it isn't off already. 2. Once the device is off, hold the volume up, home and power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds. Keep holding the buttons until you see an Android or your device manufacturer's logo. 3. Using the volumedown button, scroll down to wipe cache partition.
/When wipe cache partition is complete. Select reboot system now.
