I am a University student and we’ve just installed virgin media in our house. We’ve got it all set up and it’s flashing green. It’s been doing this for about 2 hours now & just wanted to know when/how we could make the white light come on. The problems are saying:
1. Broadband connection is down. Please check your coaxial cable is firmly attached. (What’s a coaxial cable?)
2. The temperature of your Hub 3.0 is normal.
3. The device has low signal strength, please move it closer to Hub 3.0. (What device is it on about?)
4. Please place your wifi device closer to Hub 3.0. (I thought the hub was the router)
Can someone please answer these questions as we need the wifi!
