Unfinished installation

Hello,

We moved house nearly a month ago, when the engineer arrived she said she couldn't do the job because it was a 2 man job. She said she could do a temporary connection using the neighbours external box and told us that another engineer would come to complete the job shortly. Four weeks has now passed and the cables are still trailing from next door. Also we can't receive landline calls!!

We have tried contacting Virgin many, many times, but it seems impossible to have a conversation with a communications company.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry that the install was completed, I can assure you that isn't the level of service we aim to provide.

We can certainly get somebody out to look at the installation and landline 

Can you just advise with the landline, are you connected via the hub? 

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? 

Are you able to make calls fine?
