Unable to text to 80011 on ‎13/5/22I have received a virgin medial brochure asking me to sent a text message and other related information on 80011 to get the connection.

However, it turns out that the message is failed to send. I am interested to get the connection in my newly built flat hence need to contact the virgin media. Any suggestion is welcome.
