Unable to set up online account

I am writing this as a final resort. I have been trying to set up an online virgin media account but have been unable to as the password I write is not accepted. Have tried various characters, lengths but nothing works. I have phoned the customer services multiple times to help but no one has been able to resolve this. I have been told someone from technical will phone me back and no one does. Virgin media customer service has been very disappointing. If any can help me with this issue please let me know

are you using a gmail adress ?? i tried this and wouldnt work for me i had to use a diffrent email
