I'm trying to set up a MyVirginMedia account and keep getting a message saying:
"We are not able to set up your my Virgin Media account or Web Safe settings at the moment."
I've tried on multiple devices and multiple browsers, the same thing keeps happening. I'm creating the account on behalf of my parents who have a phone line with you, but don't have any information for logging into an online account. Everything they set up was over the phone years ago. I'm wondering if this is causing some sort of problem with setting up the account.
