Unable to log into Hub 5 Router

My Virgin Media Installation took place today and i am up and running. However i want to get into the router so that I can change my Username and Password but the 1st letter of the Hub Settings password is totally unreadable. It is just a smudge and yes i am looking at the correct password. The one on the top right. Does any one have a solution to this.

You have two options:

  1. Spend a few hours guessing.
  2. Contact VM for a new HUB.

I had a go at your first option. I knew it was going to be a lowercase letter by the size of the smudge. Fortunately it was early in the alphabet.
