Hi, when trying to see if Virgin services my address, it says that my specific flat (first floor) is not eligible. However, when selecting the whole building it says broadband is available. It seems as if my neighbours in my building may have Virgin media installed, but not my specific flat. I also know that my area has the infrastructure as I live in central London and many people on my street are with Virgin. Is there anyway I can have Virgin review this information and contact me on what I should do?
