Hi everyone,
I've moved into a property around 6 months ago in suburban Manchester, and I've tried several times over the past few months to get a VM connection, everytime I have contacted the sales/customer services team I receive a generic response that service to my address is 'not ready yet' without any further explanation. Several neighbours around me have VM, and I believe theres a junction box right outside the property. Would anyone from the VM team be able to help me resolve this issue
