Broadband working fine but need to connect to hub 3 to use booster pod. App cannot connect to working hub 3.
Have reinstalled latest app with no success.
Any ideas?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues connecting your Hub on the Connect App.
When deleting the app, are you also deleting the app data? If you are unsure on how to do this, please let us know.
Can you also try rebooting the Hub prior to making the connection?
Please do also ensure your handset itself is running on the latest software.
