Thanks for your reply, I don’t have anything to plug the router into. My BT box didn’t plug into the wall 🤔

Look outside. Is there a box on the wall? Trace its cable through on the inside. If there is not one you will have to call for a manned installation.
Thanks, there is a box, but sky appears to have cut any connections from it. Leaving only the cable coming through the hole in the wall to connect to the sky box 😏
That's unfortunate. You will have to phone in for an engineer installation. Unless a VM person picks up this thread.

In order for services to be installed there should be a connection point for your Hub to connect to. I've checked the account and can see your services are installed and the Hub is up and running.
