Unable to book an engineer with customer service

Hi Forum members

Fourth day of never ending queues with virgin media on the phone and message service and still unable to book an engineer for home installation of virgin media hub.

As a new customer 20 October, its is so frustrating can anyone over here assist. I have got my account number on email and mobile app, Sales team can locate it in the system but customer service cannot and says sometimes it takes upto 14 days for the system to reflect the new member account number.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've had some issues arranging an engineer.

 

I've not been able to locate any details for you, can you please advise if you've been able to get an engineer arranged?
