Unable to arrange an install/Broadband on a new build? HELP!
Im new here and thought this would be the best place to get some help.....
Ive bought a new house which has Virgin installed throughout. The first phase of the development is in and Im due to move in around 6-8 weeks.
Ive contacted Virgin multiple times who tell me its not available in my area, however I can physically see the virgin boxes and lines connected to my house and throughout the site. The people that are already in have it, but to no avail, I am told it's not available in that area.
Can someone please point me in the right direction as it'll be murder with 2 children under 10, god forbid without wifi whilst Im trying to unpack boxes 🙂
