I am trying to access my hub settings but it is saying that someone else is signed in at the moment and i cannot gain access. My wife is the only other person who would could be signed in via the VM Connect app and as far as i can see she is not logged in. Any ideas on how to rectify this, I need to check for a wifi blackspot in my conservatory and possibly order another booster but i can't do this without access to the hub via the app?
Hi, try a pinhole reset of hub.. Press reset pin in for 20 seconds then release for 5, do this 3 times and wait 15mins for it to update and reboot. Remember to log out when you have finished or it will give you this error as well.
