I have been trying to register for a Virgin Media Account so that I am able to manage my account online but I have been unsuccessful, it keeps saying my email address cannot be used then if I use a different one it gets close to the end then says "sorry, we are unable to set up your account". I've been trying for days and unable to get through to the 150 number as I dont have an hour free to wait on hold...
