The virgin quick start is being delivered today. However, I have not moved yet... I won't be there until Saturday the 12th of June. When I ordered it, I thought it would be sent to my current address.
You will need to contact Yodel to get this re delivered or it might go to a local collect plus point ^GT
I have the same problem - because there’s no option when you sign up to choose a delivery date. I don’t actually want the service to start for 3 weeks , so I’m going to have to cancel and try again.
WHy should I have to call yodel to sort out when the problem is created by your sign up process?
The delivery is always to the installation address
