Typo on my surname on bill and online account.

Hi, I spoke to someone from Virgin Media recently about this and he stated that he would change it. 

I’ve checked my surname on my Virgin Media app and it’s still spelt incorrectly. 

How long does it take for this to be corrected?

I'm afraid the online help staff will say anything to get rid of you.

If it's important to you, call again and speak to Retentions. They will be able to deal with it.
