Two cables no box at new property

I’ve moved into a new property that had virgin previously

i don’t have a box, but rather have two cables in the inside of the house.

which should I connect to? Or do I need to have a white connection box installed?

Two cables sounds ominous.

Are they identical (i.e Two coaxial cables)? If they are this is a Sky satellite dish feed. Sky installers will deliberately remove Virgin connections, as they are a competitor to Virgin.

If this is the case you will need a manned install to reinstate the isolated outlet & Virgin cable.

If you can post a photo of the cables we can verify.
