Having signed up to Virgin Media, I was told that to reschedule my delivery (which I couldn't select in the first place!), I would need to use My Virgin Media.
I have been trying for about an hour and so far all that's happened is I've been redirected to the start point. I can't find a way to reschedule.

Resolved, but only because I managed to get a number to call from the webchat
I do think its impossible using your website!
