Trouble with Intermitten Connection.

Hello, 

The issue I am having is connection issues, what happens is that my speed has dropped down to half of what it is suppose to be and the connection is dropping.

 

From what I can see, was since the 10th of this month. And I do believe it is due to a firmware update on the Superhub 3.

I recently got rid of Virgin TV and Phone line. 

 

Have also capped and sent back equipment. Capped at the junction, where the cable comes in to split into two cables on the splitter.

 

Was fine before the 10th. And the change, was before the 10th .

(Will put up the superhub 3 stats soon)

I have tried restarting the superhub,  tried default factory reset..

Nothing seems to help the problems I am having.

My connection keeps dropping out. Not the WiFi or anything like that but. The internet seems to cutout.

Even on multiple devices, WiFi and wired ones.

Tunein radio and online games.

That all looks normal.

Set up a BQM and post the result after a day or so.
