I have received my quick start up guide today and followed all the instructions, reset the box and the green light is still indicating that we are not yet connected, would like to book an engineer but I can’t seem to find how to do that

It sounds like you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500.
I'm not sure if you will get through now, but try first thing in the morning 8:00am

I’ve already activated my package and had three texts to tell me it’s been activated so it surely can’t be that
