Trip hazard on wiring around front door

Hello,
We are not Virgin customers but I believe our elderly neighbours are.It looks as if the previous owners may have been. However the cable runs from a box between my neighbours front door and ours. The cable runs in front of my front door and my toddler son and I have tripped many times over this unsightly cable. I am heavily pregnant and the trip hazard is becoming more and more dangerous. Can this be removed by someone before either myself or a visitor or post man has a Nasty fall.

Cheers,

jill

if its a H&S hazard vm will make it safe.
It will help if you post a picture of the cable

Please help with some cables we need removing - Not customers but deadly wiring

Hello,

I posted before but im having trouble posting back on the thread I was told to upload some images.

Im heavily pregnant and tripped last week and my 3 year old tripped yesterday we need this cable removed on our side.I believe the old owners were customers and our elderly neighbours still are.

Im hoping someone can help before someone gets really hurt.

Thank youIMG_3978.jpgIMG_3980.jpg

Re: Trip hazard on wiring around front door

If it's urgent you should call customer services, it can take a few days for your post to be seen by a VM staff member on here.
