I joined Virgin Media a couple of weeks ago, with the self-install kit delivery for today. The virgin media website says that I should have received tracking info by email and be able to see my order on the website/app. None of this is the case though, with no email provided and a blank order page.
This is especially an issue when I'm not at the property full time, with no neighbours that could take it for me.

Things are in the process of being resolved now.
Unfortunately Virgin Media never sent my kit, and my account was stuck in limbo as the previous occupants of the house still had an account at the house. This was only noticed after I got in touch, asking where the kit was at 3pm on the day of delivery.
