Track dug for fiber is broken and a trip hazard

I have virgin installed since November and the track dug and cemented over has cracked and fallen apart. Who do I contact to fix this as it is dangerous. People have already fallen over it. There are no option anywhere for this type of fault so does anyone have an email address I could try. Thanks

Posting some photos of the problem usually helps the VM forum team to process this kind of issue.

If it's a small track, it may be prudent just to fill it in yourself?  I know it's VM's doing, but for the sake of expediency perhaps?
