Had my box delivered today
Set it up at 5pm
Got the S102 error and had to phone 150
Seemingly a very straight forward fix according to this forum!
Rang at 5.50pm and finally got answered at 6.45pm.. nice guy went away and after 5 minutes said he had to elevate this call and put me through to another dept.
Back on hold at 6.50pm.. finally hung up at 7.50pm after no response
2 hours waiting on a phone and still no Virgin TV
Can someone please help me with this?
