Engineer is booked in for installation today. I have a window of arrival between 8-1. Is it possible to track via the app or get a text message of a more accurate ETA?

No, there is no tracking. VM employed techs will sometimes text you when you are their “next call” & hence when they are likely to arrive.
They are allocated 2 hour slots for each job. Some take less. Some could take more.
