There is already a Virgin Media account at the address
We purchased a house 3 weeks ago and have been trying to sign up for Virgin broadband since.
Upon application we receive an E-Mail saying there is already an account at our address under a different name and that Virgin have tried contacting us to resolve the matter. We have given it a few weeks as we'd expect delays in the current climate but unfortunately we haven't been contacted or been able to proceed with the purchase.
The previous owners used Virgin but have since paid their final bill and returned equipment etc.
