BB has been down for >12 hours. Diagnostic via website now saying the service has been temporarily disconnected? I am within the 30 days cancellation but was given assurances that I would have full service until 21st December.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your broadband connection, I can see that you have spoken to the team and have been able to get a technician visit booked in to resolve the issues.
