Tech support

Having problems setting up router, most likely due to a old socket, tried to ask for a technician/engineer to come out and take a look not not response form anyone within 2 hours.

what are the chances I can get one this week?

Best bet is to phone customer services. In the meantime you could post some photos of the socket and box it’s in.

Hi Afroduck, thanks for your post - sorry for the delayed response.

 

I'm also sorry to hear you've had problems setting up the router - may I ask what problems you've encountered specifically?

 

Also, who did you ask for a technician/engineer with no response?

 

I hope there's been some progress since your post.

currently with the engineer, swapped out what I believed was the cause but still no closer.

I’ll let you know if anything progresses.
