I've just purchased a property and trying to find out what services are provided to the property and transfer the existing account into my name. I cannot get through on the automated phone line or via chat as I need either the telephone number or account number and I have neither of these.
You will find that you cannot take over somebodies account virginmedia do not do that, what you will have to do is take out a new contract, if the person who was there previously did not cancel their account then there will be a delay while VM discount the old account in something that is called "Gone Away"
