The lowest prices advertised are for New Customers, so it's very doubtful you would get the same deal. You need to have left VM for a minimum of 3 months to obtain a new customer price.
You can speak to regrades to obtain a lower price, however your best bet to get the lowest price is to speak to cancellations (thinking of leaving us)
You could try the text messaging service. Just send a text with a description of cancellations to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, options 1,1, 4 and 4 (Thinking of leaving us) butbest to call at 8am to avoid call queues
