TV and broad band connection issues.
2 weeks ago had a new hub fitted and cable from pavement to house.
Engineer booked for weds but virgin have put on hold, 24hrs since and no update.

I have taken a look at side and I can see there was an outage for 3 days between the 3rd and 6th September 2022.
You should of revised a SMS about the next steps, how did you get on with this? Thanks
