TV and broad band connection issues.

2 weeks ago had a new hub fitted and cable from pavement to house.

Engineer booked for weds but virgin have put on hold, 24hrs since and no update.

If there is an area fault all current technician’s visits are held.

Hey spencem875, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear your visit has been on hold.

I have taken a look at side and I can see there was an outage for 3 days between the 3rd and 6th September 2022.

You should of revised a SMS about the next steps, how did you get on with this? Thanks
