I still have been unable to get hold of anyone at Virgin regarding activating TV box we got two weeks ago. Cannot get through to phone centre, text messaging help hasn't worked, no reply to online chat or email, can't even put in a complaint because the online form directs you to the call centre, which is closed!! All I need is someone to activate the service.
I need my TV box activated but automated phone line just says call centre closed! What do I do?
On top of that, the TV box has arrived (labelled second box, even though it is our only TV box) and now I cannot get it activated because all of the call centres are closed. All I need is for someone to activate the box. Can anyone help??
