What's everyone's opinions and trouble shooting guides for this?
I'm not wholly impressed. Initially it was good, set up in an instant (with no instructions or guides) then all manner of problems since. Remote not pairing. Blank screen for live TV. Having to turn off the hub to get it to refresh and work.
Sorry to hear about the problems with the TV360. I've had a look at your details using the information we have on here and everything looks fine. With it being a new product, we understand that there may be some bugs and our Team will be looking to squash them to improve the product whilst it's still in the pilot stage.
