Switching from self install to engineer

I purchased the home install package as we had a Virgin cable box and Virgin used to supply this house. However, after receiving all of the kit and trying to install, i have realised that the Sky engineer and cut all of the cables coming in so I cant connect to the virgin box. Can I now book an engineer appointment? I can't work out how to do it.
