Switching from QuickStart to Engineer Installation

Hi team,

I ordered broadband on 4 July. I was told at payment that it would be delivered by 7 July with QuickStart. My order status now says 19 July delivery. I do not understand how it could take 15 days for the installation kit to arrive for me to self-install. I’ve tried to see if booking an engineer to set it up would be quicker, but can’t find how to do this or if at all possible. Please confirm whether I can be delivered sooner (appointments say 19 earliest) or change to have an engineer install my broadband sooner. Thanks

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the date for your self install.

Delays like this usually indicate we need to upgrade the external or internal box.

Can you please take a picture from where the cables are so we can see if this is the reason?

You can also call like @newapollo has advised in the last post?
