Switch to Virgin

Hello,

I've ordered online a broadband package with an installation from an engineer but at no point did I specify that it was a switch from another provider (Nowtv) to Virgin.

Will this be an issue the day of the installation?

There is no switch mechanism moving to VM unless you are taking your landline phone number with you. If this is the case you have to let VM know BEFORE the switch date. If no phone move then it’s best to leave cancelling your previous ISP until VM is installed and confirmed to be working. VM do not use any infrastructure of the previous ISP,
