Hi can anyone advise how i can get a survey done on my property? I have spoke to over 10 virgin staff members and asked for data reps/ engineers to call me back but no one has and each member tells me they can't help. 
Virgin cable lines go past my door and neighbours either side have virgin, however, on the online checker it states I cannot get it. I need fast speeds so really want to check  if I can get it.

Help !!!! Despite speaking to more than ten virgin team members I have been unable to arrange a data check / site visit ... twice I've been promised a call back but had none so far!!! 
I have cables outside my gate but my address is not showing up. 

I cannot go on without broadband so will have no option but to go to another supplier if virgin continues to ignore my request...
