Superhub 5 on the way - do I need to call tech support to activate it?

Superhub 5 is on the way will be upgrading from a Superhub 2 when the agent ordered it I asked if I need to call up to activate it he said just swap them over but am sure that's not the case?? 

Don't I have to call up tech support to activate the new hub giving the Mac address etc of the new router before switching it on etc?? 

Grateful to know what the procedure is please?? This is the first time am replacing the hub for ages!

Probably it will be already activated,neut unfortunately in some cases it is not. If it does not connect the call:
