I received my Superhub 4 today after upgrading to Gig1 on Thursday. After waiting nearly 2 hours for it to self-register (one of those was on hold with Virgin waiting to speak to someone), they asked for the new MAC address. They advised that it would not be possible to register until Monday as everyone from the technical department 'didn't work on the weekend'. Surely that can't be correct. Has anyone got a better contact number than 0800 953 9500 so I can get through to someone who can actually help?
