Plugged in my replacement superhub 3. Set it up in modem mode. Within 2 minutes of it booting up, the bottom LED goes solid red!! not overheating and placed in well ventilated area. Rebooted and serveral times and reset at rear using a pin. No fix!
Have attempted to call VM CS today on my mobile to discuss the issue, but after 1 hour wait, i hung up. Have messsaged using the chat but no one replies to that either!
Speed test showing <5mbit/s. D/L. Plugged my old super hub 2 in but no WAN address is being released to it. Have rebooted it. So assume it's been disabled.
In modem mode the light goes to Magenta (like your printer's ink cartridge!) . To many eyes this looks red.
If you go back to router mode - does it stay as "red" or go "white-ish"?
Post up a photo of the red/magenta light.
