Superhub 3 ordered via app, but no confirmation of order
I ordered an upgrade from superhub 2 to superhub 3 through the app as I need a wifi extender but cant request one with a superhub 2. Chose a date: today for delivery. I got an email to say about my package changing, but as of now no email to say the modem is on its way(from yodel). When I go to the Track Order on My Virgin Media account it says I have no open orders.
I would like to know if the order has even gone though as a few people on this forum have experienced the same problem with the app telling them the order has been received, waited in all day that has been selected, but the order hasnt actually gone through.
