SuperHub2 modem needs resetting all the time

hi, we have been putting up with the issues for at least a year and we are really struggling now, the modem is really old and needs resetting every day/every other day, how do we go about getting a replacement?

We've got the hub 3, and it isn't any better. We have to reset it at least once every 2 - 3 days
