Super hub 3

Hi just changing my super hub 2 to a super hub 3 do I need to ring up to activate as I says or is that just for new customers.

Hello

All new devices will need activating on the VM network, you are going to need to call or wait for a staff member to pick up the post and they can do it.

Hi not fitted it yet, just asked the question if I needed to ring up to activate when already a customer

Yes you will need to call the activation line with new equipment and this is the same for both new and existing customers. ^Chris

The VM hubs are registered to your account, so you can only have one active at at time. By the way it’s a Hub3, never ever been very super.
