Super Hub won't start and goes in a loop

I believe it's a Super Hub 2 (VMDG480).

It's been working fine for years until yesterday when the connection was a bit unstable. So I thought a restart might be a good idea, however now...

When I switch it on, all three blue lights illuminate. Then the top light turns to green and flashes three times.
Then it starts this cycle over and over again forever or until I get bored and turn it off.

Yes I have tried resetting the hub back to its default settings.

Please help, thanks!

First check first for any “known network faults - try in 2 places

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

2) Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to street cab/ postcode level.

If nothing shows on there, try calling it in as a fault (free on 150 VM line - or 0345 454 1111 others - national rate) and see what they say when they test your connection.

Hi, Your best option is to call virgin media and log a fault, a SuperHub 2 is considerably old now so you would likely get a 3 or 4.

To contact virgin either call 150 from a Virgin landline or virgin mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other provider.
