Subscribing from abroad

Hello,

I am moving to England on August 30th. I've already found a flat. I want to be able to set up my broadband connection as fast as possible upon my arrival. For this, I'd like to subscribe /now/ as a new customer.

However, the only option to be contacted by Virgin is by providing a phone number, and the text field won't accept non UK numbers.

How can I contact someone from Virgin (chat, email, phone) prior to my entering the UK?
